Greater than one weekThe quality of the nozzle and the quality of print is at the top. I am giving it 3 stars because this nozzle cannot print effectively unless at very slow speeds. I can only run at 20mm/s with it vs the brass nozzle it replaced. I was running 50mm/s on the original nozzle that came with printer. Going over 20mm/s will cause the extruder to eat through the filament because the nozzle cannot heat the plastic fast enough.. I can bump the speed to 25mm/s if I bump the temp to something like 20 degrees above the recommended for the filament but I am uncomfortable with that so I will not be using that as a way around this. Taking the nozzle off and inspecting it shows there are no clogs. Inspection also included that of the Heater block, break and heatsink. Extruder is clean with no visible signs of clogging or wear.

> 3 dayThe all metal is great for those special filaments, I got it to work with wood and future exotic materials. The .6 allows for quicker print times with slightly less resolution which is fair. This nozzle can withstand higher temps too.

> 3 dayCouldnt ever get it to work. It kept clogging like no other. I tried different nozzle temps, extrusion speeds, fan speeds, bed temp. Every single time I used it it clogged. Switched back to brass and it worked fine. Exterior dimension is thicker thany brass nozzle and didnt fit any of the wrenches I had,I used pliers to tighten it Maybe I got a bad one, idk, but I can not recommend. Pros were fast shipping and looked shiny and clean.

> 3 dayQuality is fantastic as expected from micro swiss, prints great. Cant speak on durability quite yet as I havent printed much CF filament through it yet. I gave it 4 stars because I feel its over priced, but you are guaranteed quality. Instead, Id spend the 40bucks and pickup a tungsten steel nozzle on Amazon that is amazing and totally worth it.

> 3 dayUsed this with my Creality CR-6 SE. Re-leveled the bed with the nozzle installed. At the proper Z-offset, I had constant issues with prints not adhering to the bed. Lowered the nozzle and it would smash and roll around a glob of PLA. Raised the nozzle and, obviously, adhesion got worse. Tried several dozen prints and could never get past the skirt without issues. About half the time, the PLA would adhere to the side of the nozzle and drag a portion of the skirt off course. I also compared the nozzle diameter with one of the 0.6mm nozzles that came in a multi pack of generic brass nozzles and the diameter on the micro swiss was much larger. Compared to the 0.8mm in the same generic brass nozzle assortment and it seemed much closer to the 0.8mm. I really dont understand all the positive reviews, maybe I just got 1 in a million with terrible QC. But I definitely would avoid this nozzle.

> 3 dayPrints great. Slight temp increase required over a brass nozzle, 5-10 C.

Greater than one weekSo I had the unfortunate opportunity to break my beloved M-S nozzle (my mistake, tried to remove it while cold after a PETG print and sheared it off) and because I was in a time crunch, replaced it and the heat block with a cheap backup I had lying around. The difference is night and day. I had nothing but globs and print failures until I bit the bullet and ponied up the $25 to get a new M-S nozzle and heat block. Problems entirely solved! Printing PETG and PLA like a champ again on my Ender-5 with M-S direct extrusion. I also use the 0.8mm nozzle from M-S for TPU in this setup, and it works flawlessly. (side note - I also got the Sunlu filament dryer and it solved my PETG stringing issues. It makes a great companion to this excellent nozzle system) Micro-Swisss sticker has earned its place on my tool cart!
