Filaments other than Carbon Fiber PC can print very well and are durable. The Carbon Fiber PC wore about 0.5 mm at a head speed of 30 mm / s at about 300 g.

Great nozzle tip, I now am trying to give my brass tips away, this tip has over 300 hours with NO Wear

Nice quality and this should last way longer that the brass ends. Print quality is great!

Works great. I did have to dial in the print settings a bit, since Ive never printed with a nozzle this wide before. But wow, I cant believe how much faster it prints. I wasnt sure if the CR-10S Pro (stock everything else) would keep up with the higher mass of filament this wider nozzle pushes through, but it does. So nice for faster prototyping. Very happy with this nozzle.

If you have a CR10S Pro and want to print abrasive materials, this is the nozzle you need. No need for a different hotend or extensive mods, this directly replaces the factory nozzle.

fits as described and ran out of the box. Fits the PRO model with the special threads as described. the overall length is ever so slightly different from the stock nozzle so re-leveling and going through the level sensor calibration steps worked for me. had to tune up the heat for fast prints. Great!

This nozzle fits the M6 x75mm (fine thread) hot end used by creality on the CR10s pro. If youre looking to replace a micro swiss nozzle this isnt that. This is a micro swiss brand replacement of the stock unusual sized nozzle. I swapped nozzles with no issues and extruded 100mm of filament. Result .4mm +/- .02mm measured every 10mm along the extruded plastic. The variance is to be expected based due to inconsistency in the cheap filament Im using. The .4mm nozzle is .4mm no complaints :) If Im happy with this nozzle I might pull the trigger on the $65 drop in replacement all metal hotend from micro swiss so I can buy standard nozzles.
