> 3 dayIts a decent laptop. Battery is good, and it is lightweight. Serves the purpose for a college student. I use it a couple hours a day. However, I think that for the price, it should have came with a lit keyboard and better sound. The speakers are pretty bad.

> 3 dayMy touch screen and face print did not work. My screen would periodically go black with lines. I called support and did as instructed and it still did not fix my issues. This is my first Microsoft laptop, I always go with Apple. I was let down.
