Zippers broke first time I touched them. After pulling truck 20 ft. Strap looked 10 years old, worn and frayed.

Very surprised at the sturdiness, and thickness of this strap. I love that it came with the hooks. The carrying case is also a plus! My husband was very pleased!

Tow strap looks to be well made. Good stitching - shackles much heavier than expected. Have not yet had a chance to test this out, so cannot report on durability or sturdiness, though visual comparison with previously used products suggests better quality and tougher materials.
