    I live in a area that snows pretty heavily each year, and I wanted to be ready in case a family member or neighbor goes into a ditch. The 3x20 strap look very sturdy and reinforced, also the included 2 shackles look like they could pick up a tank.

    Strap and hardware seems to be great. Dont expect the case it comes in to last through shipping!!!! I opened the box it was shipped in which had bubble wrap. Tried to unzip it and discovered one of the plastic zippers was broke completely off. So i decided to use the second zipper(novel idea). Apon grabbing it and putting the slightest tention on it. It crumbled in my fingers. I made new handles for the zippers out of paper clips so that i could open the back and check out the straps. Overall, i didnt purchase this them for the case, however it was a nice assessory i was hoping to use to keep the strap organized!!!.

    I am sure the tow strap and loops are fine and I hope they work as planned. DO NOT rely on the supplied bag to work...BOTH of the zippers on mine broke when trying to open the first time. Not a deal killer, but beware that enticing you to buy this set up with an offer of a free bag, is a gimmick.

    What can I say? I had my doubts, yet I thought it was important to have this in the trunk just in case. Should there be a day in which I need it, then I would be sound and safe. I have helped two friends since I got it. Its straightforward to use, sturdy, and relievable. The color does help since both times I used it in the nighttime in the woods. I loved seeing their faces in disbelief when I mentioned I had this... they were looking for ropes to take their cars out of trouble, but Miolle and my van did it all... Worth every penny I spent.
