> 3 dayYou can literally see right through these sanding discs! They work awesome! And if you have dust extraction hooked to your sander its a bonus. These discs rarely clog with caked on debris because they dont heat the surface your sanding on up like other conventional paper discs. Have been using mainly 120 grit. Though plan to buy other grits as I need them. Buy these and youll be pleasantly surprised.

> 3 dayOnce I got my Mirka sander (I still have a Ceros) I rarely use my belt sander. With an 80x disc on there it really does a good job of taking down the surface and leaving it nice. Let the grit do the work for you- keep at the coarse until its done all it can, only then begin finer grits. I do have some of the Abranet HD that goes down to 40x, but for most everything I do I begin at 80x.

> 3 dayWe all know the part we hate the most about most projects...the sanding, and the dust, and the poor quality of big box store sanding disks. This product makes that hated task a beeze. Superior dust handling if your sander is hooked up to a dust collector or vacuum. Consistent grit, so it wont leave scratches. If you havent tried this product you should. Its not 3M, but very close, and the dust removal due to the net design is great.

> 3 dayIm not sure why I havent bought these before with the amount of sanding I do. Dust collection is MUCH better than using a regular disc. The discs seem to last quite a bit longer since they dont load up. The disc itself is kinda thin but I believe that is an advantage. Step up from big box discs and buy these now!

Greater than one weekThe 80 grit Mirka Abranet discs dont seem to have any advantage over the regular granat 80 grit pad from festool - perhaps less life, in fact. Used on end grain walnut where I really needed a long-lived abrasive and was disappointed. Later; Put a gently used one on the pad protector (Festool) and it started cutting well - these are pretty good, in fact.

> 3 dayThese arent the cheapest, but definitely worth the money. I use them with my Festool ETC and a Festool dust extractor. Almost zero dust after and the surface is great. These also seem to not clog and last longer than standard sanding discs. I do use the pad protector that goes between the sanding disc and sander pad. I have a 5 and 6 sander and have only replaced the protector pad on either once or twice in 12-18 months. I have a small woodworking business and do a fair amount of sanding. These are definitely my favorite discs.

> 3 dayGreat deal on very good sandpaper. These allow vacuums to suck up the sanding dust far better than big box brands and they typically last 2-3 times longer. If you do a sanding project 1-2 times a year, don’t bother, but if you are a hobbyists or professional, these are a must-have.

> 3 dayThis highbred sandpaper removes material very quickly. The big advantage is that it does not easily plug up from glue or old finish. I use a wire brush to clean off sticky materials. Also the dust collection is far superior to standard grit/paper sanding discs. I believe it is more economical than standard grit paper in the course of grits. These disks last longer and save time by not having to stop in the middle of a job to change disks. I have to say I do not see a significant difference in the finer grits below 120. I use Abranet 80, 100, and 120 with a Festool Rotex 150 and selectable oscillation, which helps smooth out sanding marks between these course grits. 100 grit is favorite.
