One of the fasteners pulled right off the first and only time I used it.

I love the idea that this folds up. I use it to carry damp hanging laundry home. I can put them in my car without getting them dirty or getting the seats wet. The tie and the two openings for the top of the hangers is clumsy. I find it difficult to slip multiple items in all at once. I would rather see a velcro setup with one opening or at least a sliding lock on the tie. Also, it arrived with one side tie hanging by a thread. I was too lazy to return it, especially since I dont need that tie.

Very light weight and hard to get items in and out

Well made. Nice materials. Great design. Nearly danced in glee seeing the drawstring opening where the hangers poke through - seriously, why has no one thought of that before?? And the buckles to tighten it down, brilliant. Unfortunately Im going to end up returning this, the fact that the vinyl starts above the soulder point means the vinyl will be poked outward by the points of the hangers, making it the widest point and thus most vulnerable to damage, which just isnt going to work with the amount of abuse I anticipate putting it through. I dont think it would be a problem for most users though. Might still keep it for storage of puffy winter jackets and the like.

These are so cheap. I’d be surprised if they lasted more than one trip on a plane.

My husband and I love these garment bags. We used them for car travel and found them to be very helpful. I like the carry straps and the clear view sides. I would definitely recommend for car trips. We got the 50”, but I think the 40” would have been fine since we didn’t have any longer garments. I guess it’s good to have the 50” if we need them for longer coats or something. The carry straps works great so it’s not that big of an issue. Very happy with this purchase.

These garment bags are sturdy and flexible. They have a transparent side panel so you can see what’s inside. When the sides are buckled and the hangers are tied at the top everything stayed in place. The bag can be folded in half or hung up. Worked perfectly.
