Hands down amazing quality paints.. Only complaint is the lid is kinda hard to snap down correctly without fussing with it. Also it came with a weird picture inside of it with devil horns that I immediately threw away.

It’s my first experience with gouache and I really love these. The colors are vibrant and easy to work with. I heard other people had trouble with the box flaps closing properly, but I haven’t had any problems so far. Good value for the money!!

These are the best paints anyone could have. You don’t like what you did, wait for it to dry and paint again xx. The BEST!

I have tube gouache so I compare it to that a lot. The jelly set is a but brighter compared to the tubes I have. If you are not used to gouache, this is a good product to start off with. When looking at this product I would think of the quality, value and variety that you get with this. Tube paint can be more expensive with the individual colors. With this product, you get 56 colors in various tones. Of course the lighter colors will be not as opaque as some of the darker shades you get. Understand that gouache dries darker, so that will happen, and it can be reactivated with water. You will have to be careful with layering. For the amount you pay I would say the quality is very good and adequate. Understand that they will dry out but they can be easily reactivated with water. It is best to stir them before painting so that you have an even and better paint flow.

Perfect affordable buy! I spent a lot of 45.00 on Sip and Paints. No more!! These paints are wondeful!!! I have added two pictures I painted since receiving the Paints.

Great set with all the colors! I purchased the smaller set originally and quickly learned that I loved them so much, I needed more colors.

Its convenient to have the colors already mixed up - but Im noticing I use the same few while others might not get any use - so Ill run out of those first Im sure. Ive used high end gouache and I feel like those lasted longer and needed less water added to them - making them a better deal overall. When I use these, I need to use more of the gouache; and they dry out on my porcelain palette plate faster. But, its worth the purchase just to be able to pull out the box and start painting faster on those days I just dont feel like mixing colors. (I use a tiny palette knife to get out the colors out to put on my plate wiping it off after each dip as to not mix the colors in the boxes - works great - highly recommend doing it this way)
