This is a lovely box with many rich colors to choose from. Great for artists in a smaller space as its convenient to open these up and begin painting without having to mix. Less waste because you can save your pallet and reactivate with water. Its somewhat difficult to build layers because if when you use water it can take away the color rather than add - although you could also use this as a technique. Its packaged pretty well without much transfer to the lid, a only slight difficulty closing and reopening. Ive had these paints for about a month and they are drying a bit, but still good. I got a small bit of red paint on my clothing and didnt notice when washing and it stained all my whites pink. So be careful when washing. Im going to go with an acrylic gouache that doesnt reactivate with water next time so I have more control.

These are really nice, a good entry set for gouache newbies like me. The color variety is fantastic and the quality speaks for itself.

I wanted to find good quality paint for my kids and this is just perfect. Opening each color was quite a job and I was worried if kids (10&7) will make a big mess. But container that holds all the paints are study and cap is air tight. So we had over a month now, we live in very dry climate, paints are still soft and works really well when they do watercolor painting. I recommend to all my friends who have young kids who loves to paint!

Literally add water to the individual pods if they dry out. You can reside these as many times as long as you have water and a paint mixer. I love this palette so much. The colors are vibrant. The best out there for what it’s worth. Great beginner palette.

Bought them for a friend. She can’t shut up about the pigment and how they blend. She’s already used them in/on different mediums of her work. Including cancavas/paper(various lbs) /porcelain etc…
