Like the idea of a flashlight included. It does add to the weight, however.

I gave this to my Grandmother as a gift. With the rain we have been having she got to use it right away. She told me when it get dark out or really cloudy its hard for her to see where she stepping. Add water into the mix and that makes it worse. Well now when it rains she turns her light on and it helps her see where shes stepping. She even uses it as a flash light when its not raining! I would recommend this to anyone! Ill be buying more.

Hands are tied up walking the dog and picking up poop? Yup, needed a flashlight to find the poop too. This umbrella solves the problem of needing 3 hands with the dog. I love two-fers! Would buy again, but sometimes a fight to close it, but that the least of my problems.

I purchased two of these umbrellas as gifts for my young adult nieces. They both loved the umbrellas. They each liked that they were compact and not cumbersome. The light on the handle was considered to be a positive for safety reasons. I would purchase again.

This turned out to be a great gift for my female coworkers. Walking out to there cars at night in the rain can be a little scary. They loved it now I have to buy me one.

This is a very high quality umbrella. The construction on this umbrella is excellent. This main feature of this umbrella is that it is a hybrid umbrella and flash light. The flash light can twist to a forward facing direction, so that when you walk, you see whats in front of you during a cloudy storm or at night (Look at the pictures), very convenient. I believe its most useful when looking for your keys to opening the front door. You can shine your light in front of the front door so that you know where to put your key (see pictures to see what I mean). I highly recommend this umbrella. You cant go wrong.
