I bought this bag for my husband for Xmas. He loves the design as its big enough for his 17 laptop and a few accessories but still small enough to fit under airplane seats. Unfortunately one of the handles came loose on his first business trip because the stiching came undone at the seam. Since I ordered it at the end of November and his first trip was the end of January, I was concerned about how to arrange an exchange. I first tried Alienware (Dell) who promptly told me I didnt mean anything to them if I didnt have a Dell invoice. Then I contacted Amazon Customer Service and got a very helpful woman who quickly arranged for the return and replacement. While its too bad that the quality of the first bag wasnt up to par, I am thankful for Amazons excellent service and Im hopeful that the next bag will hold up better for my husband. Thank you Amazon! I ordered this for my son. He liked the bag, its big enough for the computer he has. He says it was good for traveling.

It is a tight fit into the protective sleeve. This is probably due to the small, usb wifi adapter for my mouse. It sticks out a little so sliding the laptop into the sleeve hangs on the usb stick, which protrudes about 1/2 inch. Just have to be careful sliding it in. I love this case, very well made, and is good looking, love the Alien logo. I prefer a leather case, but they are not available any longer.

I bought this for my fiance and he absolutely loves it! He has a pretty big laptop, a Dell 17 so I wanted to make sure I got a bag big enough. He loves this so much, it fits his wires, chargers, Ipad and Laptop and has such good padding for protection. Highly recommend.

I purchased this bag 9 1/2 months ago through Amazon. It seemed nice and durable with enough compartments to hold all of my accessories and my 17 Macbook Pro, which fit nicely. The zipper on the middle compartment started to separate from the case a few weeks ago and then rapidly got worse (this is with moderate use). It is at the point where I can no longer slide the zipper-pull as it gets stuck where it is coming apart, rendering that compartment useless. Called Alienware customer service (India) and was informed that the warranty was not in effect. I said its a lifetime warranty. After putting me on hold for a few minutes, she told me that if I had purchased it directly through them, MAYBE there would be something they could do (how convenient). I contacted Amazon and explained the situation and mentioned the lifetime warranty which is clearly noted in the item description. She agreed and gave me the option of having a replacement sent or a refund. Hmmmmm, should I go with Alienware again? No way in H-E-double hockey sticks. Dont be fooled by the high ratings, I attribute that to premature reviews (due to well-meaning customers who havent had the product long enough for the bag to reveal its flaws). As usual, Amazon continues to deliver - 5 stars for them, 1 for the bag.

Very sturdy bag. Very well made. Has lots of pockets and storage compartments. It fit my 17.3 HP laptop perfectly and will clearly give excellent protection due to amount of padding. Handles and shoulder strap are very comfortable. Zippers are heavy duty and work effortlessly. I am very impressed with the quality for the price.

As we all know going through the airport checkpoints can be a hassle, juggling everything you have to take out or off, so anything to help with that process is worth it. The butterfly checkpoint section is great and helped expedite the process. Overall the bag seems very durable and plenty big enough for my large computer, portable keyboard, and paperwork. I only wish this size came with wheels.
