Model 1764 CUTCO Traditional Cheese Knives with 5.5 Micro-D serrated edge

I wish it was a bit small for our cheese chunks. If you are cutting larger blocks of cheese the size is perfect.

This is a great knife for slicing tomatoes and other fruits and vegetables. Cutco makes superior products. This is the second knife we have purchased from Cutco. The first is twenty years old and still cuts like new. Don’t let the price discourage you. These knives last forever.

I’ve had one of these knives for 10+ years. My MIL noticed it and loved how it can be used for everything. Bought this as a gift for her. We use it for fruit, cheese, and more! We put ours in the dishwasher after every use! Highly recommend!!

I bought this for my summer home because I love the one I have in my main residence. When slicing cheeses it slices cleanly as thin as the blade and the cheese does not stick to the knife. I have had Cutco knives for many years and knew this would be the one for me. Cutco is a great company to do business with in general. I highly recommend the company and this knife particularly.

Bought this knife to go with a set of Cutco knives as a Christmas gift. As all Cutco products, this knife is very high quality and cuts through all cheeses, soft to very hard, with very little effort! We owned the smaller version and love this larger blade length.
