Muchas gente se la chulea y dice que ya no le duelen los hombros porque estan acolchada las correas. Simplemente es perfecta para lo que las necesitábamos. I am 5”0” and most backpacks are bulky on me however, this one is perfect it is not bulky at all but has plenty of storage space. It holds my 13inch MacBook Air nicely! It has many pockets/compartments and the quality is great. Also it comes with the cord to plug in your portable charger. Note: you obviously need your own portable charger and plug in just like it says in the description. I’m so happy I purchased this backpack!
