Mofeez Outdoor 4x4 Compound Angle Brackets for Deer Stand Hunting Blinds Shooting Shack (Set of 4)

The 4x4 sleeve has a ton of play in it, almost 1/4 all the way around the 4x4 post which makes it useless unless you shim the post inside the sleeve. Even then it still isnt sturdy enough and will make noise. I ended up useing rachet tie downs and eyeloops attacthed to the base to keep it from wobbling and making noise even after I shimmed the post in the sleeves, lag bolted it all and cross braced it.

Its a good and affordable product. But... it needs some improvements. The bracket where the 2x6 goes needs to be 6 inches on both sides insted of just one side. All the brackets need to be more snug for modern cut wood too. The boards I bought from my local hardware store were loose in the brackets and I had to use shims.

super easy to used I was worried at first but now after putting the tree stand up I have no doughts in their strength.

Ok, I a not clearing the original review but I will continue on to update everyone. After my initial review, the selling reached out to me offering to make it right and did they. I they offered to resend me a complete set even after I told them I only needed one piece with the right angle.. Within a week of contact, I received the new complete set of 4 and by legs are up and ready to move out to the lease tomorrow. The product is very durable and is exactly as described securing the 4 corners of my 6x6 base, framed with 2x6. The reason for the one star is due to receiving three of one side and one opposite. They lean to one side or the other so you can set up each pointing outward but due to what was sent was three sections facing one way and one facing opposite. In order to make it work I had to place one on the inside then extra backing so not to fall to one side. I opened after the return date so I made it work

Yes , if your building a hunting platform , this what you need. Well made ,heavy , good paint job . Dont drop on your toe . Good price
