> 24 hourAnd ultimately, settled on something else instead, however there wasnt anything about this backpack that I didnt like. It was totally fine - I just felt like the placement of the compartments on the other backpack I did end up taking, was more suitable for my needs on our trip. Its a great generic backpack for anyone going to school or looking to use it for work.

> 24 hourJust wanted to say that I adore this bag, BUT I was freaking out for a second as I accidentally bought this as a large personal item and not as a replacement for a carry on above seat storage. So I went to measure it and the measurements from the listing are way off. It actually EXACTLY fits most airlines dimensions of 18x14x8 for a personal item, so I was saved haha! It might be slightly above 18 maybe 19 but within the margin of error, might hit twenty with an absolutely bulging pack, but not with packing cubes. The expansion zippers might get the width to 14.

> 24 hourI was really pleased when I opened this backpack and started checking out its many features. First of all it’s beautiful. It looks like really high quality classy luggage. I love the handy packing cubes and drawstring bag for shoes. That’s a really nice feature! I fit everything I would need for a weekend trip into this without having to open the expanders. It’s really roomy. I appreciate the cushioned section for my laptop. It also has a zippered compartment for the backpack handles if you choose to unhook and zip them up, converting it into a regular size carry on. The backpack handles are very comfortable with extra padding to ensure comfort. Great travel backpack!!

> 24 hourI returned this item because when I took it out of the box it felt heavy & it was empty! It looked well made and had several storage pockets, it was just too heavy for me to use.

> 24 hourThis is the coolest backpack. Looks so much more grown up than the school-style one i currently use. The beige/khaki is gorgeous, the outside is very expensive looking. It seems very durable. The cat started playing with it and left no marks or picks. I just traveled but this didnt get here before I left. I took another backpack so I can easily see where this one is better. It has a spot for my laptop AND notebook. The straps even have a place to hook your glasses which is awesome. I have to remove my glasses to see up close so I have to take them off every time I get to a counter. The only weird thing that is annoying is the buckle strap that connects the 2 shoulder straps is a terrible idea for someone with 42DDDs. I can see why it would be helpful if it was long enough. Its not. And theres no way to remove them without cutting. So they just dangle while wearing. But all the other features really do make up for that one flaw. Nicely placed pockets, cushions for your shoulder blades and lower back, packing cubes clear toiletry cube. I like it so much Im still giving it 5 stars even with the weird strap flaw. The pics show my fave features and the strap flaw.

> 24 hourThis is the best bag Ive ever had. I cant believe how much space there is in this bag. Quick tip. I expanded the bag, filled it up, and then closed the expansion. With this bag, there is no need for additional bags. Its the ultimate carry-on that can house clothes, shoes, laptop, water bottle, etc. Its comfortable to carry with 3 different carrying options. The only thing missing is a port to charge devices.

> 24 hourYou can wear it as a backpack, then carry it like a suitcase if you need to board a plane. It’s a carryon suitcase size accepted by the airlines and if you pack it fully, it will probably need to go in the overhead bin. The backpack straps ends are sewn down In a zippered deep pocket and are easily unbuckled and pushed inside and zipped closed. It’s lightweight before packing. There’s a mesh pocket with an elastic top on one side for a water bottle. The opposite side has the carrying handle. On the outside front there are two zippered pockets for papers and such. One is zipped vertically and the other horizontally. So many separate places inside to put things. A separate dedicated laptop area that is padded on both sides closes with a zipper. In this area there’s a pocket for the laptop and a separate pocket for the power cord. The main compartment has a large zippered mesh pocket on one side and the other side is for the majority of your clothing. It has two cross straps that buckle together to hold the clothing in place. In this compartment is a bonus of 2 packing cubes, one small and one larger, a transparent bag for makeup or liquids, and a laundry bag. A third fully zippered section has a key fob, that is removeable, and 3 separate zippered mesh areas. It’s phenomenal, a place for everything, well constructed, backpack/suitcase.

> 24 hourThis is a nice large pack that has a lot of pockets, molle webbing and space to store all kinds of stuff. Its decently built and looks to be sturdy. Time will tell whether this can stand up to daily use when fully loaded. Ill come back to update my review if anything changes my opinion. So far, this is a good option for the price.

> 24 hourI am so thrilled by this backpack. Its an endless surprise of different features that were so thoughtfully planned for extensive traveling. The zippered compartments are wonderfully sized and secured, the outside pockets are handy and helpful. My favorite feature (which was really hard to decide) is the ability for this carry-on backpack to convert to a check-in-friendly luggage because the backpack straps can be stowed in their own zippered compartment. How is that worthy of being a favorite feature? Because not only can you stow the straps in their own compartment, they easily unclip from the bottom so you dont have to untie the straps and lose the fit. Even still, I had no fear that the backpack would come unfastened or cause me issues when I carried it as a backpack. Ive had to check backpacks before and its a pain to secure the straps. This eliminates that annoyance completely and I can never go back to traveling with a regular backpack. My second favorite feature is tied: the fact that it comes with a full set of packing cubes and shoe bag is such a huge value, and thats as important as the insanely cushioned waffle protection in the laptop compartment. Between these two features, I could not decide which is better. Ive tried hard to think of improvements that could be made and I cant. Its the perfect size for an international trip carry on that can expand into a check-in (to make room for souvenirs). And domestic trips will be so much easier with this bag. The quality of the bag is so sturdy, I will be sure to update if that changes once Ive used it a few more times but it feels comparable to my highest quality luggage that I own. It has a luggage strap to secure it to the handle of a rolling luggage, and a hidden pocket in the lumbar support that goes above and beyond to secure important documents like a passport or money. Such a great value for one bag!
