Mongo Versipack

All in all this bag is fantastic! Right now Im using it as my EDC and its great.

This pack is huge and super tough. I have been a fan of Maxpedition for some time and this pack falls right in line with what I have come to expect. I plan on using this pack as a diaper bag so I dont have to dig through my wifes flowery bag and I can carry my own gear. This bag will be plenty big to house everything I need plus a few extras. The hardest part of deciding this is the pack you want is determining if you want the right hand or left hand carry. After that, this is a must for new dads.

This is absolute the best day pack/man-bag Ive ever owned. I can fit my concealed pistol, laptop and iPad in the spacious interior. With the design of the strap, it feels very light to carry all day long.

The bag itself is OK, but the main clip that holds the cover flap down broke fairly easy. I have never had this happen before but they normally can be replaced. This one is sewn in to make it much harder to do that. Expected better than this for this kind of money. Would not buy again.

Great product, been using Maxpedition for years, this size carries every thing I need. If you conceal carry it has the perfect compartment for a 9MM and 2 spare magazines. Stitching and assembly perfect, no complaints!

I have recently introduced my two kids to pistol shooting. I bought the Maxpedition Mongo so I could bring two pistols and enough safety gear for all three of us to the range. This bag is the perfect size. I can fit two pistols (full size double stacked Sig and a Browning Buckmaster) in the CCW compartment using the generic holster add ons, Two sets of ear muffs in the water bottle compartment, Several hundred rounds of ammo in the main bag as well as multiple magazines, a cleaning kit, first-aid kit, staple gun, additional foam ear plugs, eye protection, pens, markers, etc. This bag carries it all without even breaking a sweat. Could easily carry a third pistol in the main bag and anything else you would need for a day at the range.

Like all my Maxpedition equipment, it is strong, well, made, suits my needs and goes.EVERYWHERE with me. It carries my concealed unmentionables, medications, two Kindles, tools, and my 35mm DSLR camera with a 250mm lens.

I used to own the 5.11 RUSH MOAB for an every day carry bag. After about a year I grew tired of how it sat on my back. I decided to give this messenger style bag a try and Im happy I decided to spend more money to give it a try. I ended up adding the maxpedition janus extension pocket. Im a big guy and the extra strap and storage worked great. I have no issues carrying this bag and it doesnt fatigue me like the MOAB did. I even carry more weight in the Mongo. I couldnt be happier with how it carries.

Strong construction, plenty of compartments, great size. I was originally going to go with the jumbo versipack, glad I got this larger size instead. It will hold my 10 tablet in an outer zipped pocket, so I can pack the main compartment without worrying about the tablet. CCW compartment sufficient to hold full size .45 and mags. Comfortable to carry, nice shoulder strap. Very pleased!
