    Greater than one week

This bag is very well made, as expected from Maxpedition. I already own several of their bags and had been using the Jumbo as a general travel and hiking bag but this one allowed me to fit my MacBook which is what I had been looking for. This is like a backpack in a sling. Can also keep my CCW in the lined pocket, best of all worlds.

Holds everything you need for a newborn, plus has a conceal carry option. Best 100$ ive spent in a while. Great construction.

This is a bit like a tactical messenger bag. Yes, I take some teasing for it being a man purse, but I like that it holds my tablet and all my EDC and doesnt get too heavy. I got the Janis pack to go with it and it really makes the strap long enough, with room to cinch it down if needed. I could carry a bit more in it everyday and I have a couple of ideas on things Id like to add.

After debating jumbo vs mongo for some time I finally landed on getting the mongo knowing that it did not have a carry handle. Something I knew I was going miss and wish was there. However to my surprise Maxpedition has listened to its customers and has quietly added a CARRY HANDLE! Based on reviews all over the net this has been the largest drawback about this bag. However, this is not the case anymore! Although it does have box stitching or anything, I could not be more happy with my decision to get the mongo over the jumbo! Now with a CARRY HANDLE!!!! Way to go Maxpedition!

Purchased this product a little over a month ago to augment/replace a similar style sling pack from another vendor. My old pack was 10x9x7 and functioned well as a carryall for my photography equipment and misc. gear when in the field. However I will be needing a larger gear bag for a job this summer and so purchased this.

Strong construction, plenty of compartments, great size. I was originally going to go with the jumbo versipack, glad I got this larger size instead. It will hold my 10 tablet in an outer zipped pocket, so I can pack the main compartment without worrying about the tablet. CCW compartment sufficient to hold full size .45 and mags. Comfortable to carry, nice shoulder strap. Very pleased!

The bag itself is OK, but the main clip that holds the cover flap down broke fairly easy. I have never had this happen before but they normally can be replaced. This one is sewn in to make it much harder to do that. Expected better than this for this kind of money. Would not buy again.

Five star quality, Maxpedition has never disappointed. If you can find a need for this type of bag then it would probably make you very happy. Saw a guy carrying one of these in target as his man purse and couldnt help but to laugh at him for being tacticool but props to him for the courage of trying to start a new trend. Ok so fast forward 6months later GF is pregnant and she says I need to pick out a diaper bag. So I pick this out, I think its manly enough if you need it for a diaper bag however its a little small, probably could carry about 2 days worth of baby gear maybe less. Other good uses would be a car bug out to home bag, its small enough to hide in your car or truck and keep some essentials to get home from 10-15 miles away. Range bag? possibly if you were to carry one or two pistols. Bring more, like a rifle, and forget it. Couldt fit the ammo for more than an half an hour at the range. Man purse? Definitely if thats your bag, literally haha. If you need an everyday bag to go to work or school then consider going with Maxpeditions sling bags, they are awesome. I have the Kodiak (I think, its the biggest of their sling bags) I can fit three days of clothes, MacBook 13 (or 15 if you have that), cords to charge my laptop and phone, knife, headache and sinus medicine, hygiene gear, and what every else I may need on a trip to and from work or a three day trip. I got this Mongo for $119 waited quite awhile on my wish list, ordered it while it was on backorder, I would have returned it if I paid $150 but for $120... Ehh, ok Ill keep it and see if itll work as a diaper bag.
