I was drawn to this device do to its Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 compatibility, as well as its heavy-duty metal construction. Indeed, having a metal body isnt essential to the functionality of the charger, for the electronics will fail far before a plastic casing. Regardless, it gives the device heft that makes it feel nice. Its small size is likewise nice, and the small amount it sticks up above the lighter outlet makes it unobtrusive. In my car, I can even close the door hiding the outlet while the device is still plugged in. Since this is the only thing Ill ever plug into the outlet, its great to not have to ever unplug it. I can confirm that it fast-charges my LG V40 without any problems when using a fast-charge compatible cable. Im always hesitant to purchase a generic brand electronic product, as Ive certainly had mixed luck with them over the years. However, thus far, I can recommend this one without reservation. The question will be whether the electronics stand the test of time, but for the price and performance, Ill be happy if it lasts at least until the day I inevitably lose it.

While the phone did not say charging rapidly as it does when using the OEM 120v charger, the time until fill that it calculates is the same. I was concerned because I didnt see any reviews specific to this phone and was happy to see the charging time was good.

Its a bit small and heavy but it’s charges great

The charger allows me to draw the maximum power to my phone under Quick Charge 3.0. It sticks out a little bit from my cigarette lighter port. I guess it cant be helped, as the depth will vary from vehicle to vehicle.

IT IS THE BEST CAR CHARGER I HAVE BOUGHT. I LIKE IT BECAUSE IT IS SMALL AND HAS AN ELEGANT DESIGN. BEST OF ALL, IT QUICKLY CHARGES MY NEW SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 10. IT HAS TWO USB PORTS OF 3 AMP EACH ALLOWING ME TO CHARGE MY TABLET AT THE SAME TIME AND THE SAME SPEED.

I have had this item less than a week but it seems to be exactly as advertised. It works with fast charging for my note 9. It feels well made and sturdy. Only time will truly tell how well made a product is. So far so good.

Love the size of this item, it fits almost completely into the cigarette lighter in my car - no big dongle hanging out. The charging works well - my previous charger would barely maintain the charge level of the iPhone XS. This charger is actually capable of charging the phone, while I continue to use the phone. There is a lot of confusion as what charging standard is supported by the various phones. The documentation on this charger (including the description on the web) doesnt do much to clear up the confusion.

I bought this to charge my iPhone 12 in the car and it will not. I don’t know why I’ll have all the updates and restart it many times.
