I made the mistake of ordering a few different brands before i discovered monoprice. I found out that a lot of them were selling copper clad(coated) aluminum cables... very cheap and a does not compare to the 100% copper cables monoprice produces. The quality is worth a little extra in purchase price.

Cant beat this wire for quality and it was a fair price. 12 AWG can be hard to locate in B&M stores. Arrived quickly. Please Note: Monoprice is a respected brand, often recommended on home theater and audiophile forums. Ive found Monoprices customer service to be very responsive for other orders --- very important if you have a problem. While most of Monoprices products are made outside the US, Monoprices HQ is located in California, and their customer service reps are, too.

Heavy duty cable, though I though the outside sleeve would be a bit thicker for added protection.
