Would’ve given it a 5 star if it had come with a TSA lock.

WRONG ITEM. WASTE OF MY TIME

The suitcase itself is fine but the product quality is disappointing. Zipper broke on the second use. And wheel bracket snapped out of place so now the wheel collapses into the body of the suitcase. Would not recommend!

Disappointed with cheap crappy outer case material. Have a feeling it is not going to wear well and will likely crack. I was expecting better quality from american tourister.

First suitcase arrived dented, but the return was quick and easy. Very happy with it.

So cute and works well for the price. But I probably shouldn’t have gotten a white suitcase. It was all scratched and scuffed after one flight. Oh well highlight is 20/20

Very durable and light weight

I thought they were good bags until my third trip, as you can see in the pictures. One wheel broke into the body of the bag rendering it useless. I tried to submit a claim for warranty but it has very few locations that they want you to take bag to, I am not willing to drive two hours to pay $20 for that store to ship my bag to them for a so called 10-year warranty! I live in a capital city and not some random town or village. I shouldn’t have to drive two hours (one way, four hours round trip) for a warranty replacement. How does that count as a warranty?!

Love this suitcase! Almost too pretty to actually take on a trip! Holds a lot. I get a lot of compliments on it!
