Love it.

Pros: light weight, easy to carry

This item came 5 days late and i was already on my trip and had to use another suitcase. i bought this suitcase specifically for my trip up north but they kept delaying it and then said it was lost. I mean at that point i didnt even care because i was ON MY TRIP ALREADY. It makes me not want to keep the item anymore. I bought this suitcase a month ago middle of october. The item itself is nice and so far everything about the product is good as i have the bigger sizes like the 24in and 28 in of this suitcase. Customer service was of no help as they kept telling me to just wait and then told me they dont know what happened with my item. Cant say how good the suitcase is until i use it. but it looks exactly like the other matching ones i have of it already. until then, we shall see.

Bought as gift and she loves it.

My suit case was missing several zipper pulls, Im guessing it was a return but unfortunately I do not have time to return and replace it before my trip. I am disappointed that for this price point I didnt receive an item thats in brand new condition.
