The color isn’t as iridescent as the photo it’s more of a grayish white.

I was so excited to use this bag when I received it. Loved the colours and the ease of maneuverability but the first leg of the first trip, checked it in, when picking up at baggage claim lo and behold the bad came with a large side dent? Is this a hardside bag or not? I am shocked and truly disappointed. I bought this to replace my dependable, regular carryon of 6 years and have regretted the swap.

Nothing unusual on a domestic trip with 1 transfer, arrived with zipper separated and case apart. No evidence of mishandling, as extra binding strap was still in place and thankfully, held contents from spilling out, 10 year warranty??? Lets see...will update if honored.

Love this product and was everything it advertised it was!
