Please don’t buy this product. Terrible build quality.

I bought this one for my son. It looks nice, my son loves it. But it’s poor quality. It seems to break easily. It’s ok to be a carry on, but not recommend to be a checked bag. 3 stars

Id give it zero stars if that was a option. Bought this set as a gift. What a disappointment. First time use on the Large suitcase resulted in 2 wheels broken and multiple cracks. Blamed the airline and they replaced it with a like priced replacement. Just used the medium suitcase for the first time this week and when we got the luggage from baggage claim it also had broken wheels and cracks. Airline is replacing it as well. Now the matching set is a mis matched, off brand set. Save yourself a headache and dont waste your money. Shame on You American Tourister.

This luggage is amazing!! Arrived perfect!(the box was dirty and ripped open but the luggage was ok) The only thing I was not happy about is that they took off the protective film. The colors are gorgeous and it’s made very well. I just ordered another one in a size bigger so that I have a set!

I was so happy when I first received this luggage. I purchased it 7 months ago. On my second trip with it, the expandable zipper tore from the case (zipper did not break - the zipper lining actually tore from the suitcase). And on my 4th flight with it, the top handle ripped off as my bag was being put on the scale. My bag only weighed 40 pounds, well below the 50 pound limit. I was really disappointed in the quality and I do not plan to purchase from American Tourister again.

It’s the perfect sized carry on, however I wish there were more pockets for smaller storage in the suitcase. Overall good quality for price!

I love the color and size! Fits a lot of stuff. Arrived on time and in perfect condition.
