Greater than one weekI haven’t used it for a trip yet, but not very happy with the product received. I can spot scratches on the black plastic frame on all 3 and could even spot a stitch on the zip area which is not the factory one, suspecting that it’s a return item, need to wait and see how it holds up for travel.

Greater than one weekI havent even taken this on a plane yet, just a Roadtrip, and its already scuffed everywhere. The zipper sticks too. The white iridescent look is more gray - I dont love it.

> 3 dayIve used this on many trips already and its perfect. I like the shell of it for when its raining, it obviously wont absorb moisture like typical fabric/canvas suitcases. The wheels are sturdy, zippers sturdy, handle is sturdy and even when Ive had to check it at the gate due to full flights its always come out fine.

> 3 dayUnhappy with what I received. The luggage came in a manufacturers box inside a larger box for shipping. Neither the large shipping box nor the manufacturer box appeared to be damaged at all. I gave the luggage as a gift and when opened it had many scuffs and a dent. Very disappointed Christmas morning!!

Greater than one weekIts a beautiful, spacious suitcase that holds enough clothes for my son for a 3-4 day trip.

Greater than one weekThis is an absolutely beautiful suitcase, perfect for my 8-year-old. But on our very first trip, one of the wheels stopped spinning correctly. We were in the middle of travel, so had to keep going, dragging the suitcase along. By the end of the trip, the rubber part of the wheel was completely scraped off and the plastic base of the wheel was a mess. This suitcase is now completely unusable for future trips, unless this wheel (and the other on the same side) can be replaced. There is a warranty, but Im not sure its worth the gamble to PAY to send it to an authorized repair center, when they can just claim that this is a result of abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear and refuse to cover the damage. For what its worth, the wheels on *my* new suitcase (same trip, different brand suitcase) are still perfect.
