I can never get the water wrung out. The mop is always a little ball with very little surface to use. It does clean well, but I would never buy it again. I feel like I have to wrestle it into shape. It is a constant battle. Try something else .

I first purchased this mop many years ago and have since purchased two more for various properties. It is incredibly easy to use, has a study and an easy handle/sturdy twist mechanism, and the micro-fiber mop head is great at cleaning (it also dries quickly when out in the sun). I use this mop once a week (if not more) to clean my tiles and can’t imagine using anything else! Definitely recommend!

This mop is so absorbent and really gets my floors clean. Its so easy to ring out and mop some more. I have 4 dogs and I mop constantly. Not that they are bad but everyone has an accident once in a while and this mop is great. Having the two additional mop heads is just a bonus not that I even had to use another one yet. It is so absorbent that it is a little heavy but the fact it is so easy to ring out is nice.

I really like this mop but when my parents tried to use it, they are seniors in their 80s, it was difficult to wring out the mop, other than that I am the one that does a majority of the cleaning and to be honest I would rather be the one to use this. Overall I have had it for only a week but I am very happy with the purchase, 4 stars only because I think it would be a little difficult for a senior to use.

I love the single ratchet design, but the mop handle that is screwed together snapped off at the top connector, the plastic screw cracked. We currently use it anyway, but it hurts our back because its now much too short. The mopeds are great. Love that they are machine washable. Its necessary with what we use them for!

I bought this mop to make it easier on my hands. So 1st day went great. No problems. 2nd day used it ,the head came undone from the top scrubbing pad. Had to reattach. Came with 2 extra heads. Hope it stays together to finish my job.

Easy assembly. Came with an extra nice thick mop head. Only problem is when twisting the handle threads stripped at the end. Still works great, but could withstand a bit more torque when ringing.

I love this mop but as you can see on the photo above the mop head started getting strings and it would hang up to where you could not wring it out good . the mop head did not last long at all. I have the new mop head on it now hoping it will last longer. It should last longer that it did really. But like I said I do ?Ive this mop.

A great mop. It was easy to assemble. It has a longer handle so you fi not need to bend over. Recommend it. The only downside is that it is hard to wring out for me. I am arthritic.

I liked this. It was definitely better than I thought it was going to be. It takes using a few times to get the hang of it
