My new Dell13 XPS Plus laptop has a very limited IO - only a single USB-C port on each side and nothing else. This lets me connect all the different peripherals that I want with ease. Its also much more compact than I expected which is a big plus. It was cheaper than others I was looking at but seems to be working well, so Im glad I took a gamble on this cheaper alternative.

I mainly bought this so I could connect my phone via HDMI to my TV and Laptop, and to also expand the number of ports I could use with my phone. I also wanted to be able to use my external storage device while charging my phone. Having only one port on the phone limits what you can do in a lot of ways. I know this is technically meant to be used with a Steam Deck, but I just wanted to let others know that it does work with smartphones. I cant guarantee that it will work with other models, but it worked with my Samsung Galaxy S20.

If you are trying to dock the steam deck like switch. You will gonna need this. You have to connect the c-type on the top of the steam deck. Wish steam build the port in the bottom.

I gave it away as a gift for someone who actual have a steam device. No complaints so far!

This deck is the best accessory for any Steam Deck. I connect it to the tv and play with my ps5 controller. Great value for the price. Highly recommend.

I can expand the content in the mobile phone, so that I can read a wider range, if you need it, it is ok

The docking station looks great, I love its metallic feeling. Its pretty sturdy and reliable. Can not wait using it with my laptop, I am sure its worth the price.
