I purchased this phone in November 2020 and writing the review on 12/23/2022. I use Verizon on this phone but the connectivity has been very poor. Even inside a supermarket few feet away from the entrance it looses connectivity. Another problem is the screen freezes very frequently now may be due to using the finger print reader. The reason is my wifes phone doesnt experience the screen freezing because she uses pattern lock instead of finger print reader. Even though its a good looking phone with a very affordable price tag, it comes with its share of problem.

This phone DOES NOT HAVE the back, recent apps, or home button which has been a staple of the Android platform since the beginning. It instead has you use a set of weird gestures. I find myself accidentally going back, and home by mistake. Whats really frustrating is the home and recent apps gestures are so similar I usually end up doing one, when I meant the other. Beyond that it seems decent. I mean, you get what you pay for. Battery has been pretty good. Performance is decent but sometimes the touch screen just goes unresponsive and I have to lock the screen and unlock it before I can do anything. Whats really making me crazy is the notifications. Sometimes it just makes a notification sound but theres nothing in the notification bar. On my old phone I had almost all notifications for apps turned off. But nothings popping up when I hear that sound. So for my own sanity I keep my phone on vibrate, which causes to me miss a lot of calls and texts.

This stupid phone wants the camera to be on - for it to stay on when you look at it. Dark screen all the time. Have to press the side button for it to come on--and its hard to come on. The scroll or swap feature does not work (with the finger). When making a call, after entering the number, the screen goes dark & can not turn on Speaker option. The volume is too low & can not increase it. Can not hear the other person talk. Only by speaker it works--which you cant turn on. Screen is dark. Its a terrible phone. belongs in the garbage. Can not return. Began using 2 mos after arrival (did not know this would happen). In general, do not like touch screen phones. Miss my hard keyboard phone--which worked like a dream. And was great for texting. This phone is terrible for texting. Finger is too big for tiny letters on the screen. Other letters get typed in (auto correction though--but still a pain). Hate It!

This cell phone is perfect my husband used it outside USA international he got cell phone chip worked perfectly for his trip! The videos and pictures are very clear! The fingerprint worked perfect! This phone was used for his trip only!

When I ordered these a week ago they were $199, now they are $149, guess thats the breaks, but finding out the new phones I received are out of warranty is troubling since nothing in the description mentioned this factor. I didnt discover it until everything was set up, so Im debating on whether or not it is worth the hassle to return them and purchase something else. Overall: unhappy.

I have had this phone almost two weeks. In that time, I have enjoyed this device. I picked this up on cyber Monday for $105. Which I feel is an excellent value for what you get. However, this phone is far from perfect. I wanted to do a quick review of my time with the Moto G Fast. Pros Build-i was blown away by how nice and premium the back pearl white plastic feels. Fingerprint sensor-this is a great and accurate sensor. Moto actions-this is why Im a Motorola fan. I love these specific gestures. Camera-surpringly good not perfect but also alot better than most budget phones. Now the cons Battery-probably the biggest letdown. The most Ive gotten is in the picture above. Most days Im getting 5-5 1/2 hours of screen on time. Lack of RAM-a shame this didnt have at least 4 gb of RAM because performance is really decent on this device. Couldve been better and had less app closes with more RAM. Internal storage-in 2020, 32 gb of internal memory simply isnt enough. This can be solved with an SD card but still a con to me. Brightness-i love Motorola, but they always seem to make less bright displays. I use mine on 100% all the time otherwise it looks too dim to me. Overall this is a great device and for the price its well worth it. The few issues arent a huge deal, because my iPhone XR had the same kind of bugs and glitches. And it was $400 vs $100. Im impressed this device can do everything a more expensive iPhone can do and even a few things better. So Id highly recommend this to anyone.

I made sure to use this phone for a couple weeks before leaving a review knowing that sometimes Android phones over time lose their initial charm. With that being said, this device has held up in every aspect since the moment I first turned it on and thats with it being a used phone! For this price and this quality I would recommend this to anyone looking for a top tier feeling phone without the top tier price tag.

I have wifi calling now and can discontinue my home phone service, I like that part... The phone has everything I need and many things that are beyond my user ability, that I am sure would be very usefull to the right person...

I am coming from a Galaxy 5, so I miss the compactness my old phone. That said, this size is the current standard and I am getting used to it. Battery life and phone reception are both excellent. Camera is good but doesnt seem like an upgrade in sharpness from the S5 12 mp (this one has 16 mp I believe). It does have 3 lenses however, so its pretty much current and it only cost $130 do its a great value, I think.

The battery charged fast but can die quickly, unlike what it says about it lasting s long time even being on it..I have an ex that used it a lot and would have to charge it before I left for work nightly due to it dying..however, doesnt die near as fast when its left alone. Other than that, great storage space, durable, stylish, great features, great signal pretty much everywhere with my carrier (the phone you have makes a huge difference with this believe it or not! I find Moto phones are great signal phones, not the Moto E though!) And all for a pretty good price! Way cheaper on here than in stores like EalKart! Recommend buying this phone, completely worth the money and investment if you ask me, and buy it on here. Plus, you get a replacement plan on Amazon and dont in WalMart, stupidly enough but Moto does offer a plan for it if anything else! It ends up being the same price, a bit less so a better deal if you ask me, for the phone, sale taxes, and for the replacement plan price put together. Its way more in WalMart and you dont even get the piece of mind knowing your phone is covered if dropped, something is accidently dumped on it and do on! Buy this for your next phone and you too will become a Moto fan like me!
