Greater than one weekPurchased for my 9 year old. The umbrella closes opposite to normal umbrellas which is convenient getting tjng in and out of the car. Very sturdy. Buying another one for the car.

> 3 dayI bought this back in October, its been used maybe 10-12 times since. I just grabbed it to walk outside to check the mail, and suddenly felt pain in my fingers. Got inside and looked, and I had DOZENS of tiny shards of fiberglass in my skin! Looked at the umbrella shaft with a flashlight and theyre everywhere, all over the shaft and handle. Apparently the handle is breaking down somewhere and spitting tiny shards of fiberglass everywhere. Had to scoop it up with a trash bag to get it out of my house. Im just glad it was me and not my 7 yr old who had an issue!

> 3 dayBought as a Christmas gift for my daughter who takes dance. I just wish the outside cover wasnt red. Would be nice if it was pink like the umbrella but other than that very happy with it. Cant wait to see her face on Christmas morning. Hopefully the wind wont break this one.

> 3 dayI got one for each of my kids. 6 & 7. They love them. Easy to hold and store. They have cute patterns, and havent broken despite being used as toys AND for rainy days. The best part is they fold inside out so the rain gets trapped in so you dont soak your car.

> 3 dayI ordered 2 of these for my 2 daughters for Easter. One of them came broken and I had to return, the other one my 4 year old LOVED; however, it didnt last a month. It was not sturdy at all, my 4 year old broke the whole handle off. It is awesome that it opens in reverse for kids.

> 3 dayMy toddler loves this umbrella. I love that it doesn’t have a pointed tip he can use as a weapon.

Greater than one weekReally loved the idea of a sturdy umbrella for kids. I’ve guarded this umbrella carefully even though it boasts “sturdy” claims. It has only been used for rainstorms and with me there. This might be the fifth time and as you can see, it has a broken rib. In order to salvage it for some future use, I worked the rib through a small hole in the fabric intending to cut the rib off so we can continue to open and close the umbrella. Everything is pretty much “all hype” and “little deliverance” any more. Not my idea of sturdy.
