Very responsive keyboard with semi-loud clicks to let you know the keys are working. The brushed aluminum is a nice touch that stands out from boring black/white keyboards. The light affects are probably the best part! If only the MSI software worked better though. Definitely recommend for gaming.

Fast and accurate. One year later and still my favorite keyboard! Personal taste/other keyboards comparison. I love low profile keyboards style laptops. The keys being too low, they are no mechanical keyboards for such low profile keys, so mid-height mechanical keyboards are a go-to for me. I tried the Razer Ornata Expert Mecha-Membrane, which is a pretty good keyboard, but looking at it now, the keys do feel harder to press and less natural compared to this MSI keyboard. I also tried the Corsair K70 MK.2, but as much as I reaaaally tried to love it since it was a gift, I had to return it after several weeks of trying. The K70 had no accuracy, the sensitivity of the keyboard was so high that it would type characters that I didnt mean/really pressed and would trigger num pad keys several times instead of one, or simply just ignore a key press. Pros: Fast, while staying accurate. Solid and nice quality. Good looking metal finish being the keys. Cons: Noisy (mechanical keyboard noise, wished they had a silent version). No direct control volume (need to press a combo of keys to change the volume) Minor cons for a fantastic keyboard. It felt right like home the first time I tried it and it still does today!

Numpad 8 acts like its being held down when you push it, a little irritating for how much it costs, but otherwise works great as a gaming keyboard.

The auditory from they keys is perfect. low profile & ergonomics are perfect (once you add a wrist wrest) Was insane cheap & I prefer it to the one i paid triple for. I need tp pick up a few more before they are discontinued & the new model is a hundred plus or whatever

Better than I expected. Ive used other mechanical keyboard, but this is my favorite so far.

This keyboard is now one of my favorites to use. It offers the RGB integration to be used with mystic light, and from what I can tell, it can represent RGB values correctly. One easy way to check if your RGB lights display the colors precisely is to display some color similar to peach. This keyboard passed the test and showed the peach color correctly. My previous keyboard and RGB devices have not been able to get the same color accuracy as this keyboard has been able to too. I highly trust that MSI has designed this keyboard to last a very long time in terms of build quality. The key switches in this keyboard allow for a perfect balance for gaming and office work. The weight of actuation force that is needed to press the keys allows for fewer minor typing mistakes and typos. I have seen what other reviews mention about the space bar, but a little lubrication could help when the spacebar starts feeling scratchy. Overall I highly recommend this keyboard for all users.

Really nice keyboard and half height keys are perfect! This is by far the best for the price. the lights are easy to use and its very comfortable.
