These survived the dishwasher, and the baby likes them enough. But I prefer my Munchkin spoons with the metal handle, as the rubber layer is softer and changes color to denote food being too hot much faster. These spoons do not change color fast enough, and the color change is not as stark, so its easier to miss if you are trying to make a bowl of food quickly.

We (and the baby) love these spoons. The convenience of being able to quickly glance at the spoon for confirmation that her food is cool enough to eat is a great benefit when you have your hands full and attention pulled a million directions during the meal. Beyond the temperate feature, the spoons are also a great size for our little one, which helps us give her manageable bites. Finally, the softer plastic makes us more comfortable letting our little one eat (play) on her own, giving her full control of the spoon without having to worry about her jamming a harder object in her mouth. Clean easily and have held up through several meals / washes.

I dont know why I am so serious about baby spoons, but these fit just the right amount of baby food in the mouth and then allow the perfect suction to scrape what the baby missed in his mouth from his chin and around his mouth. I always say shave the leftover food off the babys chin to my kiddos when they try to help and miss his mouth. Really helps make the clean up after so much easier.

These were one of the cheapest spoons available, they work just as a spoon should. They do turn white when warm but it usually turns white at the tip of the spoon so its hard to see it when its covered in food. (The color changes along the whole spoon when submerged it hot water) so thats cool.

Bought this as a baby shower gift, so I dont know how she liked it, as she hasnt sent out thank you cards yet, but my daughter uses this for our grandbaby and she is very pleased with them. Glad they come in a multi pack as baby girl likes to hold her own and sometimes toss on the floor for grandparents to retrieve!

I am very pleased with these spoons. I have used them since my baby was about 8 months and they work very well for us. Up until 8 months I used Spuni spoons due to their smaller size and unique design, but these are great now that my son is a bit bigger. I like the warning feature for when the food is too hot- very clever. Nice price too!

Good spoons but I think theyre a bit too long and weighted in the handle. I think this makes them a bit awkward and easier to knock over or out of your hand. The color changing feature is nice, though I am not really making use of it, as I feed at room temperature.

I thought these were ok at first, but the ends are easily stained by baby foods. As another reviewer mentioned the handle is too heavy for it to sit in a bowl without tipping out of it and making a mess. I’ve also found that the plastic spoon end has started to bend up was to much, maybe from using the dishwasher on them? It does say these are supposed to be top rack dishwasher safe though. I’m going to have to find some other spoons. I liked the color change part, but found that we don’t really use it since he eats his food at room temp.

My daughter learned to eat with these spoons first. She learned that when it turned white that the food was too hot and so she had to wait or blow on her food to cool it. I was concerned because wed put the spoons in the top rack of the dish washer. They came out clean but had turned white because the water had been so hot inside. After several more uses and a few more times through the top rack of the dishwasher, the spoons turned white and never returned to their original color. I got a lot of use out of em before this happened and Im sure you do need to replace them fairly frequently but I had hoped they would return to their regular color at least a dozen times more. These spoons are extremely durable. My lil girl has learned great control with them and they are easy for her tiny hands to hold.
