I use this product for after golf and after weight lifting, even though I only had it for a few days, it helps recover from the soreness. It has 20 different speeds depending on the area on the body to hit. I also like it has a removable battery.

Honestly I was a little skeptical when purchasing this because I have fibromyalgia and theres never a time when Im not in pain. But, this tool right here has improved my everyday living 100% I sleep better than I ever did. This things will relax those muscles and put you to sleep while doing so lol. Its not loud either and the battery last a lot longer than it says. If you have muscle pain please do yourself a favor and try this out!

I was looking through all similar massagers when I came across this one. I read the other reviews and decided to give it a try, as it was cheaper than the others I was looking at, plus the reviews were good. I will say this...OH MY GOD! I had a knot in my shoulder area that was putting pressure on a nerve, which was causing my arm to go numb. After using this machine, the knot was gone, and the numbness went away. I was finally able to get some sleep. I definitely recommend.
