I get very stiff in my shoulder and neck regions. Thoracic strain and tension headaches have been an issue with me for a long time. Using this massage gun has helped me release tension, have less back pain and have better quality of sleep. I strongly recommend.

I had pulled a muscle in my lower back and ordered this to relieve the muscles all around it. It has been wonderful! For the most part it has been easy enough to use on myself and light weight enough to handle. I was reading reviews on other ones and didn’t even think about how heavy one could be to use on yourself. The reviews on this one said it was lightweight enough to do so and I agree.

I have severe scoliosis, and due to the pandemic I have not been able to see my chiropractor and physical therapist. I’ve been looking to get a massage gun for a while now as it was recommended to me by my care providers, until I came across this one and had to buy it. It Comes with various attachments, conveniently stored in one carrying case. Has a wide range of speed/strength settings to use with each attachment, has a long lasting battery life, and overall works great and soothing my back pain. I would recommend for anyone who has back pain, or any other muscle pains, and have recommended this to many of my own friends and family.

I have several autoimmune disorders, neuropathy and I herniated disc in my back. I have been in physical therapy since November 2020. This is the first time someone in PT has ever used one of these devices on me and I have found immense relief with it. My therapist suggested that with my chronic issues it would be beneficial for me to get one of these for at home when I cant get in to see him. It was the best suggestion he could have made for me. I checked out quite a few different designs and finally decided on this one. I LOVE IT. It has been so good for my muscles, especially in my biceps, hips and feet. I havent been able to use it on my back yet because I would need someone to help me with that and I havent really had someone available for that. It is super quiet for the most part. It does get a little louder at times but nothing too disruptive. Im still trying to figure out all the controls but Ive been able to find what works for me and leave it there for now. I will figure the rest out as I go. The instructions are pretty clear but once I found what worked I just left it. I also love that there are different tips for different issues. The battery lasts a good while and I love that the battery doesnt need to be removed to charge it. I just plug it in and let it charge. I have been super pleased with it and am grateful to have found something that works so well for me.
