I purchased this for my husbands 56th Birthday!! Its Perfect in our extended backyard. His response is, Its BADA@$ , I say its Well Worth the Money!! Very Easy to Set-Up straight from the box. Heavy Duty aaaannnnnd didnt Blow away in recent 37 mph wind storm!!! Would Purchase Again.

I purchased this last month at a good price, and recently just set it up to try it out. The quality and construction is solid and the basket catches discs quite well. The chains are a heavy gauge and the sound they make are satisfying. However I can only give 3 stars to mine as mine was shipped a defective unit. The problem lies with the pole that installs below the basket, the pole with both the male bolt ends-- one of the bolts was welded in crooked and now the whole basket sits at an angle. I uploaded 3 photos of the stand, the first 2 show the pole installed on the crooked end, and I spun it both sides to see how it leans. The 3rd photo shows the pole installed on the bolt end that isnt crooked. Great product, however I am disappointed to receive a defective unit.

This Disk Golf basket is fantastic. Shipped in a box within a box. All items were serial bagged and were all wire tied together to keep them from moving around while in transit... Arrived 2 days earlier than initial estimate. Assembled this in under 10 minutes... Very nearly as solid as professional course baskets. Chains are perfect weight and react same as professional baskets... Still, overall unit weight of light enough to be moved around the yard easily enough. Totally happy with my purchase.

Ive bought a total of five baskets from Amazon to set up a home course. Every one was a different brand just because I wanted to see if there was a difference (I honestly thought they would all be made in the same Chinese factory and sold under different names). The MVP brand is by far the sturdiest and best made out of all of them. Yes, it costs more, but everything about it is higher quality. It weighs more, the coating is more durable, its heavier, and the chains catch the disc better. It is heavier than the others, but for something that just sits there 99% of the time I dont think that is bad. As I add more baskets to my course I will stick with this brand.

Easy set-up/tear-down. Compact storage. Its heavy but thats a good thing! Taking off one star because packaging is not protective during shipping. Item was slightly damaged. Scuffs on exterior of basket due to box tearing open in shipping. This is not packaged in a heavy-duty box at all, its light-duty cardboard and was very damaged when it arrived. The basket has a couple of slightly flattened spots on the sides where it looks like it was dropped while in the box. All in all the damage was barely noticeable and I had to really inspect it to see it. Then I put it together. Whatever jigs theyre using to hold it when they weld it isnt very good. This thing is pretty obviously crooked. The post and the base dont line up very well when you screw them together. They arent flush down the sides of the tube. Then, when you screw the top pole on it twists from side to side showing that it, too, is crooked. It really has heavy duty chains. So much I think it spits out more discs than a Discatcher. All in all, its a pretty good buy for the price and even though it isnt perfectly straight it serves the purpose pretty well. Ill be keeping it even with the damage and slight defects.

Assembles in 3 minutes, super easy. So we’ll built I was surprised it was made in China. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
