MyInvoices & Estimates Deluxe

If you are looking for a simple invoice maker, this isnt it. Every template starts with super heavy graphics. Thats great if you never have to print the invoice. If you need to print the invoices, the toner bill would crazy. I dont think the designer of this has ever worked in shipping, receiving or billing. Just too busy. So basically, you have to deselect everything and still not a good template.

If this would make tracking time/hours EZ, then I would give it TEN stars but noooooo; too cumbersome for time/hours invoicing much needed since Microsoft will no longer support Time$heet Pro 7 & its print machine Crystal Reports. The latter upgrade not worth the $400 & not sure it even works. This scores very well on EZ setup and invoicing. Remembers past entries with just a few key strokes is ideal, reminds me of MYM accounting (Managing Your Money that became a A. Tobias property, long missed when Microsoft killed it - left it behind in winXP). Only glich I discoverd on my tour before I uninstalled the program: Windows 11: error in script on Help screens - simply click error out of the way

I bought this for my contractor husband who is not computer friendly. He was able to install the software and create a very professional invoice and bid sheet with no help from me. He loves how professional it looks and easy to manage.

Its a little hard to understand for me but the more I tinker with it the more I learn. Its actually not to bad but I just need to be more tech savvy. It does what I needed it to so thats a big plus.

I absolutely love this latest version of My Invoice & Estimates Deluxe. This use to be sold by Elibrium and then it was bought out by Avanquest and Avanquest has done an excellent job. What saved my wifes business was that she had version 5 from 2001! This latest version handled the importing in of everything! We were extremely nervous that we were going to have to start out all over again and lose years worth of invoices and product list items. My wife really likes the handy search icons at the top of the Window that show on every page so when a client calls and asks about a type of custom drapery, she can search her product list quickly and give a client an estimate fast. Also, we were using CutePDF to export an invoice to a PDF file by printing, but in this version, we can export straight to a PDF from the software. Im sort of surprised by the wave of negative reviews because my experience was completely opposite. My wife loved it and was able to figure out the interface quickly, even when using version 5 from 13 years ago! Its her business and I just handle the computer upgrades for her. She was so happy I got a big kiss afterwards! Thanks Avanquest and I hope you keep developing this software for many more years to come.

Product has potential, unfortunately you can not email invoices due to software not being compatible with online email providers like gmail or hotmail.

This software is not capable of adjusting the resolution of the graphic user interface based on the size and resolution of the monitor, so on a laptop with a 14 monitor and Full HD (1920x1080) resolution, the letters are very small making it almost impossible to work with this application, see attached picture where two screenshots have been taken, one from My Invoice & Deluxe and the other from Excel, in the Excel program you can see how this application perfectly adjusts the aspect ratio of the graphical interface, which does not it happens in My Invoice & Deluxe application. Tech support did not offer a solution in our case where this application was installed on a new HP Laptop i5, Windows 10_Pro, 14 LCD Full HD.
