I actually take these because they arent huge and nasty tasting!

About 70% of people are magnesium deficient and most dont even know it. I developed a magnesium deficiency as a result of my last pregnancy. Nowhere on this bottle does it say to take vitamin D WITH magnesium, so I took them separate. BIG MISTAKE. Vitamin D requires A LOT of magnesium for the body to process it...magnesium I did not have. I had horrible heart palpitations, unexplained hair loss, aching muscles for a full month while taking these!!! They made my magnesium deficiency even worse than it already was. Be very careful taking these, and only take them with a magnesium supplement. I refuse to take this brand anymore, these are way too potent. Hoping my heart issue resolves... I do not recommend this product!

Made my wife feel bloated , justbdis not agree with her system.

I use D3 daily to keep my levels normal. These tablets have no taste and are thin. My only complaint would be they are very chalky and leave dust on your fingers. Price wise they are worth it.

PLEASE READ THE LABEL CAREFULLY, WHAT YOU GET IS NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED! The image on here specifically says no wheat, however, the product we received was almost identical except for the fact that the ingredients contain wheat. My wife is very allergic to wheat and if not for her careful reading of the label out of habit she could have easily taken one and gone into anaphylaxis. She dodged a bullet. We wont be buying supplements from Amazon again. Really disappointed.
