> 3 dayI trust Nature Made supplements because they are one of the few that are certified. They cost a little more. I trust the CoQ10 is offsetting the effects of the statin medications I’m taking for high cholesterol. They are a gel cap so are slick when wet and easy to swallow. There is no flavor I’ve discerned.

> 3 dayRigorous studies are still underway as I understand it, but I think its been effective for me. First, it helps with lower back muscle pain. Im on statins which have some negative side-effects. Second, I have not observed as many occurrences of visual migraines when Im taking CoQ10. But your results may not match my observations. Still, you may wish to try it.

08-06-2025Ive taken CoQ10 since before Amazon existed. Our bodies need it but when over 50 our bodies dont produce what it used to. Also, its a MUST for anyone taking lipitor since lipitor blocks the production of CoQ10

> 3 dayOrdered October 23rd. Arrived November 1st. When they arrived, capsules are hard as a rock and mottled in color as if they may have gotten wet or extremely overheated or perhaps expired. I checked the expiration date and that is not the case. Capsules made by this company are normally pliable (not soft) and a solid slightly orange/red color. Not sure whats going on with these but they look a bit sketchy.

> 3 dayI have been taking this brand of COQ10 for the past 5 years. Having had heart surgery 20 years ago, I credit this supplement as helping me tremendously. Also, I depend on less caffeine - a major plus! I notice that when I run out of COQ10, I tend to need more caffeine to keep me going. This is a great supplement!
