After open heart surgery, my cardiologist recommended I take this vitamin. I have faith in quality of Nature Made products, so I ordered this one at a reasonable price.

The price is good for what it is, and I look for the USP certification on all supplements for some assurance that it contains what its supposed to. The Nature Made brand is been around forever - another plus. Hard to say if it really works - you take it for a few years and hope it does what its supposed to. But this company seems to be doing everything right.
