Greater than one weekGreat vitamin c pill keep your energy up and keep your immune system up to par. Do not try to take with multiple pills they will get stuck in your throat Just drink some water and take one at a time and make sure it goes down lengthwise not sideways. I am on my second order with these and Im very satisfied
