The overall size of small is the same as the large. Just smaller flow holes. That was little disappointing as it feels cumbersome and had expected smaller overall size. It still works well and happy with it.

Bought this to have a second one for another family member to use. It works just like the original.

Small is still big for nostrils.

Product worked well as intended.

I bought these pillows so my son and I can each have our own Novage Each night without transferring germs.

Haven’t replaced it yet but will do soon

Expensive replacement part!

Purchased for my husband so we each have our own.

Spare so I dont share the one that comes with the machine.
