This item came in exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Also fits nicely in the Nevage travel case. Great to have an extra nasal dock for a second user, as only one person should be using the nasal docs

The overall size of small is the same as the large. Just smaller flow holes. That was little disappointing as it feels cumbersome and had expected smaller overall size. It still works well and happy with it.

Its great having a 2nd nose pillow so 2 people can use 1 Navage.
