Necoichi Extra Wide Raised Cat Food Bowl (Cat)

This is an adorable well-made bowl with a nice rubber protector on the bottom. Who knew cats did not like their whiskers to touch the side of the bowl? My cat likes to drink from it but because of the shallowness of the bowl, water evaporates much too quickly and the water becomes stagnant quick. Its hard to carry it across the room for cleaning or filling due to the shallow bowl.

Beautiful and well made. I was concerned it might be too short for my adult cat, but it wasnt. If you like pretty then by all means buy it.

Great sturdy bowls to help with whisker fatigue. I’m not too keen on the design but that’s just a personal opinion. My cats seem to knock a lot of the food out of the bowl and on to the ground where I have to constantly sweep it up. A mat with raised sides would be ideal to place underneath them.

Impressed with the sturdy build quality and cute design. Low profile dish prevents whisker-stress, and the height helps my kitty maintain her perfect posture while eating. One wish would be for the manufacturer to offer more design options! One potential flaw is the removable silicone ring around the base of the unit. Designed to effectively prevent slipping; however, this will undoubtedly break eventually. Without this ring, owners will need a mat to prevent slips and chips. If there were other designs, I would buy multiples. Happy with this purchase!

This is the best water bowl for my cats. They love it. Nice & wide and since its elevated its better for their necks.

I have an older cat with health issues, so getting him to eat is a priority. I am astonished that changing feeding dishes can make such a difference!! These are shaped more like a flat plate which enables me to spread the food out for slower eating. I also think the elevated height is more pleasing to a cat. The first time they were used, he RAN to get fed!!! I purchased two of the Extra Wide Raised Food Bowls - one for wet, the other for dry. I also have the Extra Tall Raised Water Bowl. My cats love it! It’s a good height and easy to clean. The ceramic material is great as I try to avoid plastics. Anything my picky cats love, I am 100% happy with!

Very happy with this purchase. I’m the type to research the heck out of anything before I make a purchase, and after doing my due diligence I went with these… specifically the wide mouth, tall tilted versions. I’m very satisfied with the quality and everything about them. I’d highly recommend them and would absolutely purchase them again. Cats seem to love them and it’s nice seeing that they don’t have to “hunch” over as much, seems like these bowls put less strain on their necks. They’re very solid bowls, easy to clean and don’t have any issue tipping over. I’d HIGHLY recommend these bowls, your cats will thank you!

I love everything about these raised bowls. More importantly, my cats clearly love them. It bothered me seeing them hunched over while they ate. Additionally, this hot summer brought in ants, who were getting in their floor food bowls. It didn’t help that two of my cats liked to pull the food out and eat kibble off the floor. It was messy, and no matter what I tried, I couldn’t keep the ants from coming back. Baking soda worked well, but I needed a better solution. These raised bowls are the perfect solution. My cats eat with their heads raised. There’s a nice lip that keeps the kibble in the bowl; no more messy eaters. I haven’t seen one ant since I started using these bowls. I feel that I can control food portions better also, which is a plus. 4 cats and 4 bowls. These bowls are beautifully made. Their heavy porcelain and very easy to clean. It’s convenient to be able to warm wet food for each cat as well; just remember to remove the rubber gasket before microwaving. These bowls are shallow (perfect for cats) and not deep enough for water. My cats have a fountain, but this company makes a sharp looking raised water bowl. I highly recommend and wish I hadnt waited this long to buy them
