> 3 dayMy cat is a big boy as one of the 2nd largest domestic cat breeds. His smaller, lower bowl was just not cutting it since he needed to eat crouched down. This bowl is clean with a simple but classic design and non-skid bottom. My cat took to it right away which Im grateful for since he declined eating off a plate before. Im very pleased with this item.

> 3 dayI own all 4 beautiful designs of the Necoichi wide raised bowls for each of my 4 kitties. I want the best for my furbabies and I’m always learning about the latest and greatest. Reducing whisker fatigue and better digestion got me sold on these particular bowls. Also trying to change from plastics to ceramics and glass in the home. $20 seems like a lot but the happiness of my kitties is priceless.

Greater than one weekFirst time buying a bowl that doesnt sit on the floor. My cat had acne on her chin and I read about getting a bowl that sits up higher will curb that from happening. Well this bowl did that well, it didnt stop the problem but definitely improved the problem. Another reason I got this is I read that it might help with her vomiting. That didnt really pan out as she still vomits at anytime and anywhere, lol Anyway it seems like she enjoys sitting down and eating better than stooping low to eat. She seems more comfortable. Also when I go to feed her the bowl is not floor level, its a little easier to reach down and serve her with this bowl. The bowl looks good if that matters to anyone and it is sooooo easy to clean. All and all its an improvement over her last bowl. It looks good, is easy to clean and did help with her chin acne. So all in all I think it was a great purchase. Oh one more thing, the bowl is holding up extremely well. Had it for about two years and still looks like it did when I bought it!

> 3 dayMy kitty cats love it. It helps with whisker fatigue. I noticed now they eat all their food. Easy to clean. I had looked at a few and this product had the best reviews and I do not regret.

> 3 dayIt seems like its easier to eat out of this one than the normal deeper bowl. He makes much less mess with this one also. I have the deeper one, water bowl, and this one as a set. Cute as they can be. My crazy boy hasnt tipped over any of them! He has to attack the water before he drinks out of it. Its pretty impressive the water bowl hasnt tipped over. Highly recommend their products.

> 3 dayWith three floofs in our household, weve had a variety of bowls from Necoichi. With the rounder ones weve seen the cats try to scoop the food up the sides with their lower jaw, which is kinda funny to watch but not so great for the cat trying to have a dignified dinner. The mom cat in particular was just giving up after half her meal, so we picked up one of these flatter bowls to see if it would make any difference. Behold! An empty dish! I hadnt heard of whisker fatigue until reading these comments, but perhaps thats a real thing. The queen likes it, and the other cats like checking her bowl out after shes done (although now they leave disappointed). Note - although its a bit annoying to clean every time, the plastic ring on the bottom helps stop the bowl from scooting around on the lino floor.

> 3 dayI love the rubber band at the bottom to prevent sliding. The bowl is cute and sturdy. My kitty though often eats from the high end instead of low end which defeats the purpose of the design lol

> 3 dayI bought raised bowl because I read that cats throw up less when they don’t have to lean over to eat. I think he throws up less. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is that the ceramic surface for some reason holds on to dried bits and you have to really scrub to make it release teeny bits that hang on. It seems smooth, but must have microscopic texture. Also I love the silicone band on the bottom that keeps the bowl from sliding on the floor, but it comes off when you are cleaning it and is weird to put back on correctly. But I still like it. And it’s cute.
