If you change the ink you have to turn off printer when the cartridges reach the middle Never had this much of a problem changing ink.Had to watch a YouTube video to figure it out Btw the starter ink only lasts for about 7 printings Would not buy this again

Definitely low quality for the price. It is super loud when printing. It also took awhile for me to set it up because the error light kept blinking and I couldn’t figure out what the issue was.

I didnt even try to print. It was the size of a small desktop printer. I checked the measurements before buying, but seriously, it doesnt qualify as anything close to portable. Change the description and it may be a 5 star printer. Who knows

Cheap, lightweight printer. I bought what I could afford. 2 1/2 months and the printer is dead.

I traveled a lot for writing and conferences and needed a small, lightweight printer that could fit in my carry-on or my backpack, and this is it. The printing is excellent! The amount of ink it holds is wonderful. I had to print 42 pages front and back four times and still had over half a cartridge of ink left. Thats 168 pages on less than half a cartridge of ink! Although it doesnt have the fact mechanics of a scanner or copier, it has one job, printing, and it does it well.

The printer gives more load paper messages than ever prints. The average print job takes 25+ tries to load and get this useless piece of garbage to print anything. I wish I had returned it immediately. Its only been a few months, and its going in the trash.

Haven’t been able to use my printer yet since it doesn’t come with the a to b usb cable as advertised. Thanks

My old HP laser color printer finally gave up the ghost. I tried to replace it with a more moderately priced HP since I dont do as many color copies as I used to in my business. I ended up returning the HP because it was so complicated and difficult to set up. This Canon came with a CD and it was easy as pie to set it up and start printing. It is pretty compact, too. I have only had it a few days, but so far so good.
