Second canon we buy and similar issues with the wireless connection. Randomly connects / fails to connect. Very annoying when you need to print and it just doesn’t connect on that day. And it seems same issue for different models. Very poor.

there is no place to insert ink cartridges. Printer obviously not in good order! Need replacement!!

i had problems , getting printer hooked up to my computer, i called a secondairy ph# on the printer thru cannon, an indian man answered in a very choppy voice and said let me get into your computer online to fix , i said ok , then he said my computer was hacked , i said ok how can we fix this? he said let me tranzfer to his higher upsso they can get into your computer online then i knew i was getting scammed to get money out of me,, trash it , i went to walmart the next day and bought another printer 100$ . it works perfect,my computer was not hacked , they got hackers at amazon too . i think there are people at amazon with this model printer adding extra ph#s. they have problems scaming for money, very sad they infitrated amazon too. i love amazon , i will still order from them , but avoid cannon printers

Okay about what was expected

It printed a total of 21 pages and now will not print from my computer at all. The help webpage also does not exist anymore. It only pulls up errors. The only thing I havent tried is to remove all the software and re set up the printer. If I have to do that every 20 pages then I stand by my review of 1 star. Will update if anything changes but for now 1 star it is.

Definitely low quality for the price. It is super loud when printing. It also took awhile for me to set it up because the error light kept blinking and I couldn’t figure out what the issue was.

The NEEGO Canon Pixma printer is actually the Canon Pixma TS202 which sells elsewhere on Amazon for less than HALF the price NEEGO is charging! The only difference is that NEEGO includes a 6 ft. USB cord not included with the TS202 branded model. So, effectively, NEEGO is charging the price of a SECOND printer for including a lousy USB cord! Id love to return this unit but I dont want to go though the trouble of returning and reordering it under the TS202 label along with a separate USB cable. Ok NEEGO, ya got me! Buyers BEWARE! These guys are scammers!

This printer is half way less on the canon website. When using other ink it streaks. Printing time is slow in color. There is no cleaning option. No bluetooth. Ink runs out FAST when using canon ink. Still has to connect to computer. It needs to be discontinued.

Do not waste your money on this printer. And if you DO want to buy this one, go to the other seller on Amazon and spend the $50 its listed for instead of the $120 from this seller. The printer never wants to come online, never wants to connect to the computer, doesnt want to pickup any connection. Troubleshooting any way I can and struggle non stop for it to MAYBE work once in a while. The only reason I didnt return is I bought it, didnt setup immediately to know how problematic it is and missed my return window. Ive gotten it to print less than a handful of times for only black ink documents and it says it already needs ink....so thats cool.
