Tools were intentionally shipped by Amazon with a broken plastic case (outer box was fine but inner cardboard showed the damage). We did not return them because we needed then and is being our experience with Amazon that if you are ordering a heavy item the replacement is likely to be damaged too. We ordered it for Amazon for the convenience but learned our lesson. Is a 5 for the actual tool dies and a one for the plastic case and Amazon handling and shipping.

Im what they call a YouTube certified mechanic and have done auto repairs on several cars for the last 10 years. About two years ago, I invested in this set and Neikos 3/8 drive master set, as well as air tools and an impact gun. This has been the best investment Ive made related to auto repairs. The sockets are still in excellent condition after two years of abuse. Ive used it for everything from replacing a suspension to engine work and changing exhaust components. The storage box keeps everything secure so no pieces have gone missing. I just bought the set for my father (also a YouTube mechanic). Id highly recommend this set to anyone who does their own auto maintenance.
