NERF Rival Rechargeable Battery Pack

> 3 dayFor those who want a bit more power out of their Khaos, without going through the process of modding it to take a LiPo, this battery is definitely worth checking out. From my own testing: Rev up time was reduced by 3/4 of a second. +13 fps gained And +2 balls per second for a total of 5 balls per second, compared to 3 with stock batteries. Not only are these benefits nice, but the battery also reduces the weight by nearly 3 lbs. The price may be a bit high, but if you Nerf often and like to rev your blasters a bunch, this will cut down the price of D batteries, and get rid of some of that waste. Very cool product, and its 100% Nerf official!

> 3 dayThis is well worth the money. The full potential of my nerf gun was not shown until I used this. Normal batteries just dont do it.

> 3 dayI have 3 of these and they are a no brainer. I will probably be buying a forth in a bit as I just bought a 4th blasters that will accept one of these. They are WAY lighter than the C or D cell batteries, they seem to have decent play time, and you can just top them off so you are always getting the best performance, you dont have to worry about throwing away alkalines that still have some life left but you know arent giving you the zip that you want.

Greater than one weekThis battery is NiMH, which is a slight disappointment considering LiPo and LiFe batteries are common these days. NiMH is still decent technology and if you take care of it should last quite a while. It is 7.2 volts and intended to replace the 6 D batteries in your Nerf blaster. NiMH cells are 1.2 volts per cell and Alkaline batteries are 1.5 volts per cell, so by using this instead of Ds youre actually losing 1.8 volts. They could have made a 7 cell NiMH battery which would have been 8.4 volts... but they didnt. Compared to the D batteries, I really didnt notice a difference in rate of fire, accuracy or distance. D batteries are ridiculously expensive and heavy, so this is an upgrade in every sense... less weight, less expense long term. No regrets on this purchase, but Im pulling one star for Nerf using old technology and not having the forethought to add another cell to more accurately replicate the voltage of the original battery configuration. Keep in mind, 4 stars is great... a 3 cell LiPo or some more modern setup would be fantastic. TLDR version: Get it!

> 3 dayLove this!! If you have a battery operated Nerf rivals blaster that is compatible with this I HIGHLY recommend you invest in this. It slightly improves your blasters performance and makes it lighter (useful when running and dodging foam rival rounds) it comes with a charger for the battery pack and instructions.

> 3 dayI got this for my Rival Nemesis, because the D batteries were getting worn out, and I wanted to have something more powerful and cheaper. It charged in about 2 and a half hours, and was about 3 pounds lighter than the D batteries that I was previously using. It was nice to use, and I would recommend it to anyone with the Rival Nemesis or Rival Khaos.

> 3 dayThis is an absolute must if you have a Nemesis or a Khaos. Better performance and will save you money in the long run.

> 3 dayIf you have the Nerf Rival Khaos, this is an essential counterpart for the blaster. Regular users of the Rival Khaos should notice that their blasters performance slowly begins to decrease after a while. This is because constant use easily wears out the prescribed D volt batteries. This predicament forces users of this blaster to change batteris every month or so. You do not want that. 6 D batteries cost around 17.00 $, so after a year, youve payed more than triple the amount of the already expensive but amazing Rival Khaos. Fret not! There is an alternative! Behold, the Nerf Rival Khaos Rechargeable Battery Pack, a.k.a. a very smart choice. If you buy this, you will save so much money on batteries for your Khaos blaster. And thats not all! This battery pack also makes your Nerf Rival Khaos astonishingly lighter than with standard D Batteries. So yes, you should buy this, but only if you want to save hundreds of dollars and lower the weight of a very heavy blaster. (Update)-This battery pack is also compatible with the new Rival Nemesis
