Occassionally it would successfully burn a musical CD from the original disc, but it generally stopped the burning process, saying the copying was unsuccessful due to invalid, bad CDs or something else. I bought new blank CDs but it still didnt work. I missed the deadline for returns as I thought it was 60 days, not 30 days. Got no technical support
