Nero Platinum 2019

limited functions

The item arrived smushed, stained and opened. Might have received a used item and wasnt surprised when I had trouble installing the program.

Great program with lots of options. Have been using Nero for years. Last upgrade was Nero 9, thought it time to upgrade to Platinum 2019. Price to do so was right.

I downloaded 2020 from their site. Had to install 3 times. Never had a problem with earlier versions from disc. Ask 3 separate pre purchase question directly on 3 separate occasions. Never received an answer. Very buggy program. Have sent 2 support tickets and never received a response outside of the computer generated we will get back to you, so support in non existent. Pretty crappy.

Terrible! had SONY vegas - they were sold to Magix -German Co.. - Now, it crashes, is almost impossible to use (17 hours to render a 1:36:00 video. LNO support at all! None! Avoid this thing like the plague!!

Great version of Nero> Been using their products for a long time.

This is the worst software I have ever used. You buy the software and then your completely disconnected and on your own as to how to get it activated.

I bought this product for a video editing software but it is so much more than that. The restore deleted files option is amazing. I had no problems installing it to Windows 10. Those that have problems must have a very low end machine because my computer is 8 years old and I havent had any problems.

This is a pretty good program for the money but is nowhere near professional or even prosumer. I will give this to someone and get Premiere Pro or Vegas Pro.
