Nice variety of variegated threads used in a (new to me ) Babylock Verve. Attached photo is sample of all the threads included in the box(excuse positioning, still learning that). So far, I have stitched out a single color monogram in rainbow 048 and an octopus outline in 037 navy/white onto bath towels, and recipient was quite pleased with results. No issues with breaking. I used An extra- fine sharpie to write the number on each spool, as the stickers get damaged on spool, and a utility knife to cut a notch to store thread.

While machine embroidering, I decided to try one thread patterns and found this variegated thread wo work very well , I Love the colors and I have not had any issues with my machine yet.

I don’t like the Brothread packaging. The hard plastic shrink wrap is a pain to remove at times. Also, the product does not include a color chart.

If you have problems with breaking or fraying when using this thread on a regular sewing machine, get an inexpensive thread stand and it will solve the problem. I tried that and it works perfectly every time.
