Very sturdy. Comes pre-assembled. Quite heavy, which probably adds to its durability. I actually use it as a step stool sometimes as it can hold up to more than I weigh. Helpful for my elderly cat. Had to put catnip on the steps at first to get her to use it.

I bought the stairs so my large cat could ascend to my bed (currently she is too fluffy to make the jump). She has never used it for this purpose, but instead jumps to the top step and sleeps there. Whatever...Im happy that its valuable to her! Its very sturdy and well-constructed, and the shipping time was extremely reasonable...a win/win in my book!

Perfect for our 18 year old cat. Even the dogs are using the steps get on the bed.

The cats took to using these stairs as soon as I put them next to the bed. Our two oldest cats have actually gotten more active now that getting off (and back on) the bed isnt so hard. They all also lay on the stairs or use the built-in scratching posts. Highly recommended!

I love my older cats and wanted something really great and stable for them to access the bed. I can’t express how pleased I am with these steps. They are exactly what I wanted. Most importantly, my cats took 2 minutes to climb on the steps and basically I can’t keep them away from it. One cat likes it so much she sleeps on the top step. Thanks for designing a perfect product for my cat family. Buy these with confidence....they’re awesome!

It helps Tucker, Ding & Dong to get on and off the bed. Thank you and GOD BLESS.

No assembly required. Very sturdy, well built steps. They dont move or slide at all on my wood floor when my dogs use it. I have a miniature, long haired dachshund that mainly uses it (hes about 11lbs) but I have an ageing Boston Terrier/Beagle mix (~18 lbs, I call her Phatty McPhatty), that is using it more and more (she normally jumps up and down but Im trying to get her to use the stairs). I think others have said it but the only improvement I could see making would be to make the steps deeper/stick out farther, the dogs seem to have to pay more attention to the steps. I previously had these flimsy, plastic steps, that I used for years. They worked but constantly had problems with them sliding on the floor (I put anti-skid things under them but then my dachshund would think they were toys so Id find them all over the house). So overall, a much better product.

Ive always wanted to get some pet stairs for my dog, considering hes tiny & loves to sleep with me, but... my bed is pretty high off the floor. So, with him getting older, having him hurt his back/paws jumping to & from my bed was a major concern! I love that these arent flimsy, foldable, or plastic either because my dog is just a big ol scaredy cat. If its hollow, or crinkly, or metal ... anything that makes noise, basically (hah), hell run like the wind! So, it was pretty easy to get him used to this. As an added bonus, these have been durable enough to double as a step ladder & a chair for me!

My 15 year old cat has had bad shocks for a while and was rappelling up my quilt to get on my bed -- further hurting her joints. She immediately took to the stairs which I placed at the foot of the bed and has been using them every since. She has become more mobile now that shes not expending so much energy to climb onto the bed. Some of my other cats scratch on it but the carpeting is holding up well. This was a GREAT purchase. Wish Id known about these earlier!

The dogs took to using the stairs the second I unboxed them. Only minor gripe is the legs are a little rough and possibly splinter prone, but hand sanding will only take a few moments to smooth them out. All-in-all a good purchase.
