> 3 dayI was a little unsure about starting elimination communication with our 6 month old. But I’m SO happy we did. This potty is a game changer. Honestly I was a little grossed out with kid potty’s and I almost bought a portable seat that goes on top but I’m glad I didn’t. This way your baby will get use to sitting and the feet reaching the ground acts like a squatty potty and helps baby go to the bathroom. After a month of doing it, my baby is now using the potty 6 times a day. I cloth diaper and do EC. And so far I haven’t changed a poopy diaper because she’ll use the potty. It’s extremely easy to clean which is a huge bonus! Light weight and TINY! It’s the perfect size and I couldn’t recommend this potty more.

Greater than one weekThis potty is definitely for the babies older than 6 months. The seat is very hard and the back support hurts babys back. In the meanwhile it is difficult to use that potty as an elimination communication tool as itvis too bulky to be placed between mommas legs. Dont recommend for those who is planning EC from birth. My son is 2 MO and likes doing his business in a potty but I use a simple plastic bowl placed between my legs as a toilet seat. I decided to buy this potty to replace the bowl but it appeared bigger than described. Have to set it aside till my baby gains over 20 pounds to be able to use it.

Greater than one weekI really like this potty. My 6 week old son is peeing in it almost every time I put him on it and give him the sound signal. Only thing is, it’s hard to keep the pee in the potty. Even when I direct the stream. I think this design would work better for little girls. The splash guard isn’t high enough. But still exciting that my son uses it

> 3 dayThis baby potty is the perfect size for babies. I’m calling it the Squatty Potty for babies, it aligns them in the perfect pooping position. I bought this to hope to eventually try elimination communication. My 9-month old, who usually poops multiple times a day, didn’t poop for a week. I tried every modality you could imagine, she was straining and so red-faced with a “shy” poop I could see that would go back up with every attempt. I was just about to try a glycerin suppository but then thought to set her on the Baby Potty the next time she strained and out came two turds with ease. I did it again the next time and another one came. This will likely be our transition into Elimination Communication, but even if you’re not sure, this is the perfect potty to alleviate constipation! As a pediatric RD and mom, I will be recommending this to everyone! Thank you

> 3 dayLightweight is a great thing for portability, but it also tends to stick to my 6m/os bum when she stands up (which sloshes the contents a bit). Great height, though!

> 3 dayThe Baby Potty Mini is the perfect size for elimination communication with a small baby, and I wish I had ordered it first! I started ECing my baby at 6 weeks on a top hat potty, but I found it to be unstable and difficult to catch pees in for a baby boy, so I ordered the IKEA Lilla potty instead, which I’ve been using with him for the past 2 months. However, it is too big to bring with us in a diaper bag or under the stroller, so I decided to order The Baby Potty Mini. This is perfect for my 3 month old. I can sit him on it comfortably while offering some support, and it’s small enough that I can take it with us when we go out. Just what I was looking for! For size comparison, I have the IKEA Lilla Potty (left) next to the Tiny Undies Baby Potty Mini (middle) and the Tiny Undies Top Hat Potty (right). Update: My son is 4 months now. Between adding the Baby Potty, which is much more comfortable for him to sit on the the larger Lilla, and adding “transition times” (e.g. after wake up from naps, after returning from walks or trips, etc.) to our EC routine, I’m now getting many more catches!
